Len's Insertion
1. wash ur hand thoroughly and dry before handling lenses
2. hold the right lens on the tip of the index finger of your right hand, make sure the lens is in a bowl shape , if not then flip the lens inside out
3. hold the upper eyelid firmly from above with one finger of your left hand
4. place the lens carefully on the middle of the eye , holding the lower eyelid down with the middle of the right hand
5. slowly release upper eyelid and gently close your eye
6.the lens should centre automatically after 1 or 2 blinks
7. repeat the same procedure for the lens on the other eye

Lens removal
1. look up and hold down the lower lid
2. gently pinch the bottom edge of the lens and lift it out of your eye with the pads of your index finger and thumb
3. repeat the same procedure with the other eye

Daily cleaning regimen
1. after removing the lens from the eye , place it on the palm of your hand and apply a few drop of lens solution onto the lens
2. rub the lens gently with your index finger against the palm for about 20second on both faces
3. rinse the lens thoroughly with lens solution
4. soak the lens in the case(recommended) 4 hour before next use

precaution
1. alway wash ur hand before handling ur lens
2. keep short finger nail to prevent damaging ur lens
3. clean , rinse and disinfect ur contact lenses with and soak them in ur lens solution daily
4. do not wear ur contact len if u experience eye irritation and pain or any other infection , seek professional immediately
5. put contact lenses on before using hair spray and applying make up , put off contact lens before u remove ur make up
6. do not wear contact lens while swimming and sleeping
7. do not share ur contact lens with other !!
